For the Spring 2017 season PAGS will continue to utilize the scheduling system used the past several seasons. The person(s) with administrative rights to the PAGS website for each club will be able to directly enter on the PAGS website the time and field information for all club home games. Teams may change the dates of a game to accomodate tournments and cup commitments. If you must change the date of a game you must first obtain the agreement of the opposing team.
The first step you must take to ensure that you can complete the schedule is to verify that all of the fields your Club will utilize during the PAGS 2017 Spring season are in the PAGS database. If they are not you will need to add them or they will not be available in the pull-down menu when you try to schedule games. In addition, you must ensure that you have permits uploaded for each field you will utilize. If you do not enter permit information for your fields the referee assignor will not be notified of game changes. If you are uncertain if you will have a field available enter it. If you are uncertain about the permit information enter your best estimate. If you do not eneter permit information your referee assignor will not be notified of game changes. Instructions on how to enter field/permit information can be found HERE.
The preliminary spring schedule will be released to the clubs at 8:00 am on 3/21/17. All Clubs must complete their home schedules no later than 11:55 pm on 3/30/17 or PAGS will schedule the games. There will be a $50 fee assessed for any subsequent changes to the schedule for those clubs. Encourage your teams to look at both the home and away schedules. If there are conflicts, contact the opposing team and resolve them before completing the schedule. If conflicts with Cup games arise PAGS will deal with them. If you have an issue with the premliminary schedule contact PAGS .
