Two of the most prominent youth soccer leagues in the mid-Atlantic region, Atlantic Premier Soccer League (APL) and Philadelphia Area Girls Soccer (PAGS), announce a partnership beginning in Fall, 2019.
The historic PAGS League will be incorporated into the APL as the exclusive girls’ program. The unification of the two leagues will provide an incomparable platform for both girls and boys youth soccer teams. By centralizing operations, participating clubs will streamline communications, realize cost savings, and play with standardized rules promoting best practices for player development and fun, no matter the gender or level of team.
Both APL and PAGS will remain distinct entities throughout the partnership, but combine to simplify scheduling, field utilization, and referee assignment. For all clubs playing in either or both leagues, the difference will be indistinguishable as all personal or online interfacing will be done on a single platform and with one highly experienced and capable operations team.
Registration for the Fall program begins in April, 2019. For any questions, please contact Joe Levan at JLevan@aplsoccer.com.
